HS Code 3402 reads: Organic surface-active agents (other than soap); surface-active preparations, washing preparations (including auxiliary washing preparations) and cleaning preparations, whether or not containing soap, other than those of heading 3401.

Once exported from Russia "Efecto" product will be accompanied by relevant transport document: CMR (for truck) or Bill of Ladding (for sea container) and will read the following HS Code 34021300. No temperature controled regime is required. This product has been formulated by Russian scientists and thoroughly tested by certified Russian agronomists. "Efecto" - this is a new preparation developed by Russian scienticts, combines properties of wetting agent, adjuvant, adhesive and surfactant. Consisting of following components: 100% polyalkylene oxide of siloxane modified with polyester. The main advantages of using the preparation:
1. Provides high and stable effectiveness of plant protection products and fertilizers due to a significant increase in the area of coverage and penetration into hard-to-reach parts of plants.
2. Promotes the rapid penetration of system preparations into plants through the stomatal apparatus of plant.
3. Increases the effectiveness of preparations by spraying of plants covered with dust, wax deposit or having strong downiness.
4. Allows to reduce the consumption of working solution by 30-50%.
5. Reduces the cost of chemical treatments by reducing the consumption rates of preparations and water needed to prepare a working solution.
6. It exhibits a high biological and economic efficiency by aerial spraying and by usual low-volume spraying.
7. It makes the spraying more reliable and resistant to washing off with atmospheric precipitations.
8. Not phytotoxic; it can be used by any norms.
