Screw piles mounting rack was designed for lifting screw piles with the attached hydraulic drive head on top of it. This makes the installation of screw piles more easy, but it should be taken into consideration that usage of the said equipment can be convenient on flat terrains. Screw piles mounting rack is an auxiliary equipment in addition to the screw piles installation equipment, which can reduce the number of the workers in the team up to two people. The rack itself was designed for mounting screw piles up to 2500 mm in length.

Equipment advantages are as follows:
1. Decreasing the number of workers
2. Vertical positioning of screw piles and screwing torque
3. Lifting and lowering of the hydraulic drive head (which is placed on the top of the screw pile) is carried out with the help of a winch, and not manually.

This equipment is more suitable for use in flat surface terrain: the stroke of the vertical adjustment screws may not be sufficient to compensate the slope.  Operating temperature range: -40C deg / +40C deg
